We make reasonable efforts to ensure that property listings, prices, and descriptions on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. However, property availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. Listings on the Platform do not constitute a binding offer to sell, and all transactions are subject to our standard sale and documentation process.

4. Inspections and Inquiries

Submitting an inspection request, buyer registration, or consultant application through our Platform does not guarantee approval, allocation, or acceptance. Our team will reach out to you to confirm next steps following your submission.

5. Consultants and Sales Partners

Individuals who register or apply as sales consultants agree to represent our properties honestly and in accordance with our sales guidelines. Commission structures, eligibility, and payout terms are governed by a separate partnership agreement provided upon approval.

All content on this Platform, including text, images, logos, and property listings, is the property of Luxury Redwood Properties & Investment Limited or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
